2025 Coordinated Election Info

Election Day is Tuesday, November 4th, 2025

Update your Voter Registration

In Colorado, ballots are mailed to all active, registered voters.

We recommend that you check your voter registration at this link prior to every election and update it to ensure we have the correct mailing address for you.

You can also add a specific 'ballot mailing address' to your voter registration if you will be away from home when ballots are mailed. Please note that ballots cannot be forwarded by the U.S. Postal Service.

Mail Ballot Election

Receiving your mail ballot:

  • Ballots are mailed on October 15th to all active registered voters.

  • Didn't receive your mail ballot? Please check your registration to ensure we have the correct mailing address.

  • Need a replacement mail ballot? You can call our office at 970-429-2732.

  • Please note, after October 28th we can no longer mail a ballot to you. Instead, you can simply visit one of our Voter Service and Polling Centers to vote or collect a replacement mail ballot in person.

Returning your mail ballot:

  • You can mail your ballot back to us, or drop it off at one of our locations.

  • Our office must receive your ballot by 7pm on election day for your vote to count. Postmarks do not count!

  • After October 28th, we don't recommend that you mail your ballot. Instead, utilize any ballot drop box listed below to ensure that it arrives on time.

  • You can track your mail ballot using BallotTrax. This service will notify you when your ballot is received by our office and when it is accepted for counting.
