Check-in/Registration Judge – locates voter’s record in SCORE and updates or confirms voter information, obtains voter’s signature on Signature Card and directs voter to Ballot Issue Judge

Ballot Issue Judge – issues a magnetic card which has the exact ballot style a voter is eligible to vote using a simple software program on a laptop

Ballot Box Judge – reminds voters to drop ballot into ballot box, collecting the secrecy sleeve and magnetic cards from voters

Supervisor – oversees the polling center, receive watchers, delegates assignments, balances the election, completes all paperwork, and is the main point of contact for all activity occurring at the voter service and polling center
